'The Buddha'

I selected this to paint as i had been wanting to paint a Buddha for so long. Artists have been painting or making sculptures of Buddha or any other form of art to portray the Buddha for centuries. His face is so calm and serene that by just looking at Him makes you feel warm and peaceful.  

Another striking feature of this work is the beauty of the colours used in it. Its got shades purple, pink, violet, orange, yellow and lots of blue. I personally felt healing when i drew it. It took me 2 months to finish it.

I want my audience to feel the calmness in the art and my hard work that i put to paint in each cube.
